I’m very disappointed in the VRBO I rented. I was in town for a wedding, I got in late so I couldn’t assess the place until the next day. It had a musty smell to it, especially the bedding. I contacted the property manager about changing it. She was nice about it & sent somebody over immediately. I was surprised when I told the cleaning lady the sheets had stains & the bedspread had a horrible smell. She told me she understood & threw the bedspread on the floor & changed the sheets, but then when I came back in the room, she left & put the dirty bedspread back on the bed! I had no time to call back. This was an immediate family wedding so we had a ton of plans that I had to get ready for. I stopped at the store to get some air fresheners which helped. Also, every time the noisy people upstairs either took a shower or flushed the toilet, I got the worst sewage smell coming from the closet. There is only one way in and out of this place. There are two doors in the kitchen that are locked shut that you can’t access & neither of the 2 windows open so getting fresh air in this place is impossible. This is definitely not safe. I had also told the cleaning lady there was a huge dead bug on the floor. She saw it, but left it there! I can’t believe I paid that much money to stay there!
