Excellent location and a meticulously clean, beautifully decorated space! The kitchen and laundry were stocked with everything we needed. We felt really taken care of, and all communication from the management team was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Would absolutely stay in this charming rental again on future visits to Savannah!

Girls trip 2025 with my daughter and sister-in-law! We couldn't have stayed in a better place. Definitely true that it's the cutest little house on the most beautiful street in America. Location was fantastic. Very walkable to many places, or just a quick Uber ride. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. The only suggestion would be to take the "pool" option off the description. It is really not worth the trip out to Tybee Island to visit it.

Great location!

The apartment is very nicely designed and aesthetically appealing. Everything you need is there! I’m a natural light junkie though, and it is below ground
not a deal breaker if you’re out and about all day. The outside area is also below ground level and a bit too dark, albeit cool, during the day. Good for hot and humid days, but you can’t help wishing you had access to the owner’s sunny backyard. Again, if you’re busy during the day, not a big deal. Outdoor area with the string lights at night was nice and cozy. Location and overall quality is excellent!

Excellent place for Savannah stay!

Our family of 4 (kids 6 and 1) really enjoyed this cozy place for number of days. The location is really ideal; it's on a beautiful tree-lined Savannah street, within a quick walk to Forsyth Park and a number of restaurants and coffee places. The place itself felt very nice with enough room for kids to play and for parents to have a drink on the patio.

Great location and many amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location just could not be any better - even though Jones Street is a tourist attraction, the street is still incredibly quiet and peaceful. Parking is a bit of a challenge on the street itself, but there's Dot stops extremely close by, and it's a very walkable area to make up for it. The beds were super comfortable, and you can tell the property was renovated with guest comfort in mind. Tons of lighting (including motion sensor lighting in the foyer, which is a HUGE plus when coming in at night if you don't want to keep a bunch of lights on), tons of outlets for charging devices, hangers for your clothes, a washer/dryer with pods to use, coffee machine and pods/creamer/sugar! We did not use the kitchen as we had a VERY busy visit and tried a bunch of Savannah's delightful restaurants, however it seemed to be stocked with all the basic equipment you'd need for a stay. With it being a garden apartment, it's a few steps down from the main street and under the main house, but everything still felt so light and spacious. We heard no noise from upstairs at all. We'd stay here again!

Perfection on Jones St

The property is exactly as described, but more lovely in person. My bestie and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plus, the location is within walking distance to most everything! Great attention to detail, and full of charm, this apartment is a gem!

Absolutely lovely!

My mother and I came for the Ardsley Garen Club Annual Home and Garden Tours. I absolutely love this time of year in Savannah and this garden apartment was perfect for us! Having the outside space for morning coffee and evening cocktail was wonderful. Both rooms (and beds) were delightfully comfortable! The decor (including all and any amount of pillows) were so perfect and made the space really feel like home away from home. We are already working to return next year for the same tour and stay with the delightful homeowners. You will want to empty the dehumidifier when full (we do at home so are familiar) to keep the space free of too much moisture and humidity. The AC worked great! Always felt comfortable and cool. The bathroom with amenities was perfect! Plenty of towels and kitchen items. All attention was made to every detail and we loved it!

Beautiful Apartment in Lovely Neighborhood

The apartment is very beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well located. Kitchen and bathroom were well supplied. Entry instructions were accurate. We could never master the TV, but everything else operated easily. There were two negatives from my point of view. 1. The place is a bit over decorated. There were so many large decorative pillows everywhere that we didn't know what to do with them. There were 8 or 9 pillows on each bed, plus more on the sofa and dining chairs. I hated to put them on the floor, but we had to take them off the bed in order to sleep and if we put them on chairs, there would be no place to sit down. So we had stacks of pillows on the floor. 2. The mattress in the front bedroom was intolerable for me. It is the kind that you just keep sinking down into, which is very bad for my neck and back. I woke the first morning with a ring of pain in my neck and shoulders that lasted most of the week. So I spent subsequent nights sleeping on the sofa in the living room. Not a great way to spend a vacation, but at least it was firm enough not to hurt my back any further.

Loved our girlfriend’s trip to Savannah. My Besty from San Diego and me (dallas) loved our girlfriend’s trip to Savannah. My daughter is at scad and was busy with school work 80% of the time. We appreciated really getting to know what was close to your home. You have thought of all the details. I too am a VRBO owner - and appreciated the space and all you had to offer. Best house ever

We absolutely LOVED our basement apartment on Jones Street. We knew the listing looked beautiful but we had no idea just how beautiful it would actually be. We learned throughout the weekend that Jones Street was one of the most beautiful streets in the country and we couldn't agree more! We will definitely be back!

Adorable place!

My sister and I did a trip with our babies and we had the best time! The place was in the cutest neighborhood, easy to walk everywhere, quiet for us all to sleep! The apartment had everything we could need! Going out to the pool in tybee island was such a great added bonus! Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfection

This is our third time visiting Savannah and by far the best property we’ve rented. We love staying on Jones street and this property is beautiful. Unlike many rentals in Savannah, this one is clean, up-to-date, and beautifully decorated. It appears newly remodeled and the owners did a fantastic job. Perfect location, quiet, and a seamless experience. The owners are very kind and we recommend this property to anyone and everyone that wants the perfect Savannah vacation.

Savannahs best!

If you’re looking for southern chic in a historical home look no further than Serenity on Jones! Lux linens, modern amenities, well stocked in every way and the communication with the hosting agents was superb! My husband and I are mid-30’s, our children are 5 and 6; we had plenty of space, great rest during our stay and so much fun eating and learning our way around the streets of Savannah. Cannot wait to come back and will definitely look to book here in the future; with and without the kiddos! My only recommendation for the hosting agents would be to maybe have a few bottles of water on hand upon arrival as we had driven all day and once we found parking we were so tired but had to go back out to rehydrate from the heat. Wasn’t a deal breaker but it would’ve made that first night perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah. The home was very clean and the location was perfect walking distance to downtown and approx. 20 minutes to River Street. I would highly recommend this place and will stay here again if we are in Savannah!

Overall wonderful, only concern I had was the gate to the patio area was opened by someone and it startled me. Once I talked with my husband he stated he thought it was the owner because he was getting in a storage room that was in our little patio area. I wish we would have known there was a possibility of that. I was recently in a car accident and everything makes me jump these days.
