The location is very convenient to immediate Savanah shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the valet parking provided security for loaded bikes on the car, for a fee. The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were completely pointless. Theyvwere just bags of fluff. The air conditioning unit literally sounded like a jet engine and if you are a light sleeper check the room is not located on the main street Breakfast was good and the workout room was surprisingly well stocked and clean

Great location, accessible to main roads. Steps from the river. Good decor. STAFF WERE AMAZING. My only complaint is In our 4 day stay not even once housekeeping went to clean our room.we had to ask for towels. Floors were not properly cleaned in our bathroom and the ac smelled musky when heater was set. But overall a great locationa dn felt safe at all times.

Could have better

I usually enjoy this hotel. I have stayed there several times when visiting my daughter in school. However, this time may be my last. The room I was in this time smelled like wet dog, the sheets and towels were stained, I woke up with red eyes and a headache every morning. Lastly, the internet did not work properly. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind. The conceirge was kind but uninformed about some tours in the area.

First time at Hampton Inn

Me and my husband picked Savannah Georgia to celebrate our anniversary. I made reservations on the Hotels.com site. I had never stayed at Hampton Inn located in the historic district on E Bay Street. I wanted to surpise my wife with eight long stem roses, bottle of wine, and an a cheese & fruit tray upon our arrival. I was so impressed with the accodimations of hotel and staff at this location. All the staff made me and my wife feel at home. I will be staying at this location again. Thanks to the staff for making our anniversary wonderful.

I paid over 200 a night but I couldn’t go to the pool after 10pm and my key card didn’t work. I think if I had to pay that much for one night I should have been able to go to the pool whenever I want.

We love Savannah

This was our first time saying at Hampton Inn in Savannah, it definitely won’t be our last! The hotel is centrally located and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have been to alot of different hotels in Savannah. We try to go for comfort and not at a great expense. This hotel was perfect. We stayed the weekend after the big winter storm, so was still cold out. They had the fireplace going with nice cozy seating area around it. We used the valet service, which didn't disappoint. Service was spot on and very friendly. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. The only negatives were the water pressure not the best (i have thick hair...it matters) and while the continental breakfast had a nice variety, we've had better. Overall though, would highly recommend! Great location as well. Lovely.
