The house is beautifully located on a quiet block just off Forsyth Park. Perfect for our long weekend away with friends. Communication with the rental office was easy and done thru text. The beds were so comfortable! We especially liked that each room was spaced out, with 2 on the first floor but at opposite ends of the house and the master on the 2nd. Which provided lots of privacy for each one of us.

Great Location

So close to grocery store and Forsyth Park.Can take a nice walk all the way to the River too! It’s a great location!The house is super clean and the porch is fabulous. We spent every morning out there with our coffee!

Comfortable Stay

There was plenty of room for my family of 6 (3 different couples). We liked having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We found the floorpan comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space on the back porch as well as the location and ease of parking. Although the property allows for parking out back, there was always ample parking right out front. The property manager was available and responsive.

SCAD Graduation week

The unit was great! loved the décor and the roominess. Several good restaurants within walking distance and the grocery store is a block away. Rooms are spread out and provide a lot of privacy. Well appointed and very clean. Check-in/check-out was painless. Highly recommended!

Lovely and personable

This is a lovely home! The host has a notebook with helpful hints for restaurants and outings. Even the neighbors are nice and helpful. One couple lent us a camping chair so that my mobility-limited mother could sit and watch birds with me at Savannah Wildlife Refuge. The owner is an artist, and her works decorate the home. The furnishing and decor is spot-on.

Fantastic Girls Trip

Loved our stay! The place was very clean, spacious, and looked just like the pictures. The location was very central and walkable to the riverfront. The check in process was seamless and the hosts were very communicative should we have had any issues. Could not recommend more!

Great location and well appointed

We loved the location away from the noise and crowds of the tourist area downtown. Nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. The home is nicely appointed. Comfortable beds and clean. Master suite has dual walk-in closets with lots of hangers and even a hamper. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to have plenty of items for making meals. There is k-cup and drip coffeemakers along with a French press. After arrival we were texted to see if all was in working order. The Southern Belle group was great at communication. We did have to reach out to them as the thermostat showed an error. They quickly responded and had maintenance there the same day! We would stay here again.

Happy 50th

Our friend chose Savannah as a getaway for her 50th. There were 13 of us in total and two houses. They were just up the street. This location was perfect for our adventures! We walked almost everywhere we went and loved looking at all the old houses parks and beautiful trees in our paths. This gem of a house made our time at 'home' just as wonderful as our time out and about! It was exactly as advertised and the manager checked in without being intrusive! The amenities were perfect and we would stay here again! A great choice in a great city!

Relaxing!

This property had every amenity you could think of! Beautiful location, serene - yet close to everything - restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores, etc. Was a little confusing entering from the back of the property as to which unit to enter - might consider a marking of some type. Also, there were way more stairs for entry than we understood. That would have made a difference if taking our parents on the trip. For us, it did not influence how much fun we had or how much we enjoyed the property AND the pool area is FANTASTIC! Thanks again! Kristy

What a Gem!

Second floor property was nicely decorated and very clean. Our family had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Located a mile from River Street Market Place. We walked everywhere. Forsyth Park is a couple of blocks away. Grocery store and Starbucks close by. Management company is very responsive and tells you exactly the amount of starter supplies that are there. Easy/Simple check out. Would definitely stay there again.

Nicely decorated stay very close to beautiful Forsyth Park

Nice upstairs unit located just over a block from Forsyth Park. Good beds. The loft section has the master bedroom and bath and is spacious There's also a futon in the open loft area. The other two bedrooms are somewhat smaller and have small baths. Kitchen is fairly well-supplied. We walked to the park every day for exercise and it’s so beautiful and very close. Neighborhood is transitional. We enjoyed our stay. It's a pretty easy 20 walk to the downtown area, with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries on the way. I would stay here again.

Girls Trip

There were 5 Senior Citizens in the group on our annual Girls’ Trip. We are high school friends who get together each year in various cities in the US. This year we met in Savannah. It didn’t disappoint. The house (condo) was large enough to spread out. It was conveniently located so we walked a good deal. We would definitely come back!

Everything was wonderful. However , we did not anticipate the stairs to enter the unit. One of the guests had a broken foot that made it difficult for her. The stairs was not mentioned in the advertising of the unit.

Relaxing Stay

The property was nicely updated and spacious inside and had a warm Savannah charm on the outside. We had a few small issues (including a bad belt or somthing on the washing machine) but the property management company was quick to respond. Really worked well for four adults (a couple and two singles). Everyone had their own comfortable and private bedroom and the common area was wonderful.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. The board games, books, and wall art were a great touch, and we appreciated how accessible the property was.

Girls trip

This unit is pretty and very roomy. We had 6 people in our party and had plenty of room. My only complaint was the TV never worked for the 5 nights we rented this unit. It would have been nice to be able to watch a movie after a long day of touring.

Savannah - Army Buddies.

This was a wonderful condo for a gathering of three Army pals with spouses. It is in the middle of the best town in Georgia. Great Restaurants, Ocean Beach, and Colonial History. Don't miss an opportunity to stay in this condo and enjoy this town.

Perfect Location

This place was just close enough to downtown shopping that it was walkable and nice not to worry about parking. Yet, it was also far enough that it was very quiet and peaceful. It was one mile to the river and plenty of shops and restaurants along the way there. The property was very nice and comfortable
 just like home
 and the beach on Tybee Island was a short 25 minute drive.
