The staff were very friendly and the bed was so comfortable. However, the room was dirty! The carpet was covered in sticky stuff all around one side of the bed. The window had greasy face marks on it. We asked for the carpet to be cleaned. They cleaned just that one area- left the other spots to beer own. Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day but we had to call several times to get them to Bring fresh towels and coffee pods. The location was perfect otherwise.

Hotel was great - and the concierge Sandra was wonderful! Hotel is in a great location - trolley stop is right outside the front doors and lots of restaurants, sites etc within walking distance. Would def stay there again.

Clean property. Friendly staff. Staffed information desk was a plus. Lobby is small which led to cramped check-in. Elevators were being used by service staff and used to transport carts of trash from room service through the lobby. 4 PM check-in is not as convenient as 3 PM at neighboring hotels. $48 valet parking is pretty steep.

We stayed in same room for 4 nights (5 days) and despite asking to, room was never cleaned, trash bins never emptied and never got our clean face towels and had towels. Everything else was okay… but this was upsetting. Dove soaps are good quality though and smell nice.
