The room was in good condition, but disappointed that we did not get a room with King bed as reserved. They explained it was due to overbooking, but not sure how that process works with who gets "downgraded" to a smaller bed.

What a great place. Lovely friendly staff, one of whom, Jennifer, very kindly lent me her kettle because she knows I like to make my own tea in my room:) Big room, comfy bed, lots of clean towels and all in the heart of a really fabulous city. I loved it.
