Requested maintenance twice for a sink issue, never resolved. If you want guests to reuse towels there need to be towel hooks in the bathrooms. Incorrectly charged for packaged goods and had to request a credit. Was told they would review cameras which was insulting. Never given a copy of my folio upon checkout. Observed an employee ignore a critical guest issue. Attendant who worked breakfast on 10/31 was terrific.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed, extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Loved the shower being in its own little room separate from the toilet. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Parking, and check in/out was easy. Pool area is really cute, breakfast downstairs was also great. I wish we had stayed longer it was a lovely spot!

Good choice

The hotel is a good, reasonably priced choice with a good location for walking to tour offices and local attractions. We had a king room with a very comfortable bed. Problems unique to this room: it overlooked the pool and we could hear all the noise from the people there (it closes at 10 p.m.). We had a curtain valence fall down, and the coffee maker and adjoining light didn't work. No biggie for us, as it was no trouble to get coffee in the lobby. The toilet was in a different "half-bath" than the shower, but both were en suite. Breakfast was good and a concierge in the lobby sold attraction tickets. We'd stay here again.

I love staying here! My wife and I come to visit and this is centrally located for walking, touring excursions and dining. The staff is always pleasant and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great as well. Awesome place to stay for weekend getaways!
