Love this place!

This hotel was exceptional! I have nothing bad to say about it. The beds were really comfortable, the room was beautiful and cozy. Parking was easy and it is close to everything on River Street. I would definitely stay here again.

This was such a pleasant surprise! We did not expect such a clean, quiet, nice room for the price we paid, especially only two blocks from the River Walk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Savannah.

Every single employee we interacted with was kind and courteous and made us feel like they were happy to help us with our every need. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. This hotel is in the perfect location to spend a walking vacation in Historic Savannah.

Just 1 street off the river and blocks from great shops, this hotel is perfectly placed. The decor was modern and clean, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good. There was a social hour with drinks and snacks Monday through Wednesday. Walking to local sights was easy and there were plenty to see. I will surely try to stay here for my next visit.

We stayed there 3 nights over the 4th of July weekend. Place was wonderful and right in the middle of historic downtown and we walked everywhere all weekend. Place was clean and staff was very friendly. They also have a very cool bar downstairs. We will definitely stay with them again

Unpleasant stay

Front desk agent seemed arrogant and lacked attention to detail. First assigned room was on 2nd floor, elevator buttons had a 2 and 2R. Got off on 2 and could not locate our room. Thankfully. A room attendant was in the area and indicated our room was on the 2R side. What the heck?! Located room then the A/C did not work. Called front desk to request another room and was told we would have to pickup the new key from the front desk. Obviously no team member could brimg it up. A/C in new room barely worked.
