Fantastic break

We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends. We loved the farm feel and picking and snacking on sweet apples and walnuts. The pool was well used and host very helpful despite the language barrier. All in all a lovely stay!

Great for families

Lovely house, large and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Quality of the pool water was perfect, picturesque area with a short walk around the hamlet. Local lake within walking distance. Only point to bear in mind, is security deposit payable on arrival, not mentioned in listing. Daniel and his wife were very helpful despite neither of us speaking the same language. Many thanks to " Google translate". We had a wonderful time and would happily return.

Idyllic!

A lovely old farmhouse in a hamlet of 5 or so properties. The hosts are delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Very well fitted out with everything you could need. Only reservation is you have to have a car!

Beautiful Cottage

Beautiful secluded cottage situated on a private drive in the picturesque village of Chaud. Everything you need is at hand with plenty of cutlery, glasses pots and pans etc. The bedrooms are large and airy with curtains and french shutters which we closed each evening. Plenty of private off road parking and safe for children. Large gas barbeque with plenty of outside seating to enjoy the evenings. Excellent large heated swimming pool with loungers and rattan furniture. Daniel and his family are very welcoming and live in a nearby cottage if you need them for anything. Overall I would recommend the cottage and look forward to staying again in the future.

Logement très accueillant et hôtes super !

Nous sommes venus en famille à 8 et nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement est au calme, avec tout le nécessaire pour bien profiter du séjour. Je le recommande pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de la nature et des activités découvertes aux alentours. La piscine est un vrai plus pour profiter peu importe la météo grâce à la bulle. Merci pour ce séjour !

Séjour très agréable

Nice stay on beautiful property

Our group enjoyed the stay at Daniel and his wife. Daniel was very involved, he came by a couple of times to ask something. He was very helpful. There is not much to do in the neighbourhood but therefore perfect for a relaxing holiday. Daniel opened and closed the swimmingpool every morning/evening. There was enough gardenfurniture to make it comfortable. Communication is hard when you don’t speak French because Daniel and his wife don’t speak English. We would recommend the house!

Le gîte est très propre et très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien!Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée La piscine d'eau salée est très agréable. L'environnement est très calme et reposant. Beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur.Les grandes tables permettent des repas ensemble sans étre génés.Et le salon de jardin est bien agréable à l'ombre des grands arbres. Finalement, toutes les conditions furent réunies pour nous permettre de passer un très agréable séjour! Nous avons également bien apprécié la base de loisirs de Rouffiac avec son grand lac et toutes ses activités. Un grand merci à Mr et Mme SEGUY pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité ( ils se sont montrés très arrangeants pour l'arrivée et surtout le départ). A recommander sans hésitation!

Excellent séjour.

Location très agréable aux vacanciers en recherche de calme, de nature et de tranquillité. Nous étions en famille (6 adultes, 2 ados et un enfant) et nous avons pu profiter d'une maison agréable, bien équipée et d'une piscine particulièrement bienvenue cette année. Une terrasse avec barbecue et un jardin ombragé ont également été appréciés. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles. Semaine réussie.

Maison typique au calme. Piscine a l'eau salée très appréciable. Chacun (nous étions 7) a trouvé sa place dans la maison bien aménagée et confortable. La piscine a ravi petits et grands d'autant plus apprécié que nous étions dans une période de canicule. Nos hôtes étaient accueillants et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Excellent séjour !

Très beau gîte. A proximité de nombreuses activités

Le cadre est agréable. Le gîte est très bien équipé. Beau jardin avec piscine chauffée. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. On recommande cette location pour des vacances au calme et au cœur de la nature et proche du lac de Rouffiac.
