This is a beautiful apartment with a sea view on the 4th floor and is accessible by an elevator. It is in the Zeeland part of the Netherlands, where you can enjoy family vacations. Strandje Schelphoek Poortvliet is a short distance away and you can spend sunny days in the water. Visit cities such as Bergen op Zoom, Goes or the Vestingstad Zierikzee. Via the nearby ferry, you can easily visit Yerseke and delicious oysters eat in the oyster capital. Seal safari on the Oosterschelde is also possible! The living room is furnished with a TV, a seating area and a dining table to which you can dine together. Perfekt ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung mit wunderbarem Meerblick. Unkomplizierter und kontaktloser Zugang per keycode. Angenehm ist auch der Fahrstuhl in die 4. Etage. Für Ruhesuchende sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Lage und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf die Schelde. Vorteilhaft das ein Restaurant innerhalb des Gebäudes vorhanden, da das gastronomische Angebot in der direkten Umgebung sehr spärlich. Abstellraum für Fahrräder mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Bike sehr angenehm, ebenso die direkten und umfänglichen Parkmöglichkeiten.

Großartige Lage der Unterkunft; besser geht es nicht! Den Zugang zur Wohnung haben wir uns etwas schwer gemacht; wir haben nicht realisiert, dass der "Abstellraum" mit dem Keyboard zur Eingabe des Schlüsselcodes außerhalb des Gebäudes ist. Hier wäre in der Mail mit dem Code ein Foto hilfreich. Wir hatten in der Wohnung ein kleines Problem und haben die Notfall-Nr. angerufen. Dort wurde uns sehr schnell, freundlich und kompetent geholfen. "sos@belvilla.nl" sollte man sich merken! Schade ist, dass das Haus so einsam liegt. Wer einen Strand möchte muss zumindest 6 - 7 km nach Sint Annaland oder Sint Martensdijk fahren und auch sonst gibt es außer der Brasserie im Haus rundherum nichts. Also: ein Bummel vor der Tür ist ein reines Naturerlebnis. Wird aufgewogen mit dem Blick auf die Oosterschelde, wenn man wach wird.... Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub dort!

Hier wohnen Sie in einem Apartment mit luxuriöser Dusche und Toilette und Wasser. Super Aussicht auf die Oosterschelde und die Umgebung. Es war sogar so, dass die Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox stecken blieben, weil die Uhr hängengeblieben war. Das Berging ist auch praktisch, wenn die Fahrt blockiert wird. Enige Nadeel war der Meinung, dass es sehr warm sei und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden sei. Das bedeutet, dass wir uns in der warmen Jahreszeit, in der wir waren, wohlfühlen werden.

Es war richtig schön! Die Lage ist phänomenal! Die einzigartige Lage und die damit verbundene Aussicht lässt einen über kleinere Versäumnisse wie fehlende Klimaanlage und fehlendes Besteck großzügig hinwegsehen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist stilvoll und modern. Immer wieder gerne!
