Schönberg (Holstein), district Kalifornien. The holiday home is located on a 1400 sqm garden plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is mostly renovated, also used privately. The final cleaning is charged between 150 EUR and 200 EUR depending on occupancy. The property is mostly enclosed with a fence. Top! Large property directly on the dyke, sea view from the upper floor. Access is via a side road (paved). Several parking spaces on the property. There is only a small paved residential street (30km zone) between the property and the dyke.
