Couldn’t close the bathroom door. Manager had to come in and fix it. Continental breakfast was terrible. They didn’t have muffins or donuts. Just cerial and you had to make your our waffle. We were very disapointed

The hotel is in a great location. Its cost was very competitive with other hotels in the area!! Our rooms were very well maintained and the amenities included were beneficial. The bed wast fine, and we slept well. I'd recommend the Quality Inn of Fort Payne, AL to everyone!!

It was ok…the furniture is faded…there was a bar of soap but I was hoping there was a shower cap. Not to be ungrateful but continental breakfast was a waffle machine which is great except for I don’t eat carbs and was hoping they at least had som hard boiled eggs. The biggest problem I had was that I am handicapped and was in a lot of pain…the manager refused to help me get my few things I needed… not even go get the hotel cart for me…the morning attendant was much more helpful and when he saw me struggling helped me to my van. It’s only one exit away from downtown FORT PAYNE and was quieter than being in the midst of the busy part so I slept well.

JUST A LITTLE INSIGHT

There was no hot breakfast. Just hot coffee fruit, cereal and juice. The toilet seat needs to be changed out. IT SMELT SO GOOD COMING INTO THE FRONT LOBBY. THEN, AFTERWARDS ITS NOT. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SO FRIENDLY AND GOT US WHAT WE NEEDED. HE WORKS NIGHT SHIFT. PLEASE KEEP HIM!
