The room was not clean, there was powder residue all over the bathroom surfaces, the room was non smoking but smelled like smoke, the hot tub was not in service either. The staff were mostly pleasant and did their best to accomodate. But the hotel needs some serious upgrades and better housekeeping.

Daughter got bitten up by some kind of bug was very dirty pipes leakin it’s mostly workers that live there and just let kids run up down hallway screaming and turning lights on and off!!

Very courteous staff, available all the time to you and clean and quiet. Nice warm pool and guest laundry and restaurant on site a huge plus. Everything is in the hotel, no need to go out.

Room was not clean; there were hairs in the tub and dirt on the floor. There was just one bath towel provided, and there were two of us. The pool was not open due to inadequate heat of the pool area. A man was pounding on doors and screaming outside our room.
