Close to Scranton and a decent place to overnight during a road trip. Room was clean but had a strong chemical odour that was off putting. Pool needs a good refresh and cleaning. The paint on the deck comes up and dirtiest the water but it was a nice amenity. We loved the complimentary level 2 charger, which was the main reason we picked that hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was better than most.

It was a truck stop hotel. Not that great, I wouldn’t use the shower. However it’s not bad for an overnight stop. Man at the desk was nice & it’s dog friendly.

Forgot ID at home. Drove 7 hours with small child. Room paid for and had same credit card. Would not let me check in. Hotel next door had no problem understanding situation. Terrible customer service and manager. Then phone was unresponsive for 6 hours trying to get refund. Don't say there.

Seems to be an older building that was nicely upgraded. The morning breakfast steward was excellent! Personable, helpful, really took pride in the presentation of the food and cleanliness of the area, more than most high end hotels. Front desk person was great. It's a bit out of the way in location but a reasonable distance to downtown, very pet friendly, very clean, and good staff.

It was a fast trip so we did not spend much time in the room. The room was clean and confrontable. Breakfast area was clean. Front desk could be more welcoming. Hotel could use an upgrade. But for the most part it was a good experience.
