We needed a quick weekend getaway to relax and to also tour the island and this property was just what we needed! It far exceeded our expectations and we canât wait to go back!
We had the best stay as we were escaping the aftermath of Helene. The house was perfect for our family and loved being so close to the Beach and Beach club.
Lovely house and one of the most stocked kitchens we've every stayed in, so cooking was a breeze. It's these seemingly small things that matter. Clean and clearly a cared-for house. Thanks!
The condo was in excellent quiet location close enough to walk to the beach. Way too hot to enjoy the outdoors and South Carolina in June however. Very muggy would definitely shoot for April or October when visiting fine state of South Carolina. The place was clean the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of utensils
This property is an absolute gem! The location is incredible, being a short walk from the beach and main clubhouse. It is immaculate and very comfortably furnished and equipped. Lynn, the property manager, is such a pleasure to communicate with and is so kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this this spot on beautiful Seabrook Island.
This rental is beautiful. Everything we needed was there in a nice, clean unit. Coffee on the deck( there are 3 different places to sit out on a balcony!) was so nice and peaceful. The beach is just across the street( very nice beach) and the pool( oh my goodness, the ocean view from the POOL!) was magical! We had a hiccup or two and management fixed it immediately! We absolutely loved our stay and hope to stay there again one day.
Had a long weekend getaway and enjoyed it!! It was really comfortable and lovely location. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Washer/dryer was great feature. Unfortunately, the women bikeâs kick stand was rusted in place and tires werenât well pumped up. So unable to bike around.
This property is the most accurate description of what you getâŠa lovely home that is clean and great for family to relax and make meals together. The beach is close by, and the morning walks under the canopy of trees is wonderful. Golf is close by and plentiful. We would highly recommend this property. The only criticism is the Beach club food is way overpriced. If you donât want/need a pool, forego the amenity card. You can do better going into Freshfields or about 15 mins up the road to Minero or Blu Oyster!
We look forward to visiting this home again since our family is growing in Savannah!
Pros: It smelled clean and appeared clean on the surface. The property manager did eventually get in contact with us and did make an effort to get the grill clean. They had bikes, which was really nice if we had not brought our own. Cons: Kitchen is not stocked with essentials. There was not even a cutting board. The grill smelled horrible. They did come to clean it but they just cleaned the grates and the smell was coming from the lower part of the grill where all the oil and fats had dripped. I was afraid to use it as it appeared to be a fire hazard. There was a random used paper plate under an ottoman which made us wonder how clean the property was. In the drawers we found several spatulas with food on them. The property is not as close to the beach as we had hoped. It is a 1/2 mile walk, so we ended up driving a lot. There was a known water damage issue in the twin bedroom. It looked as if the ceiling was about to burst. The management team let us know that the bulging ceiling was from ac condensation and that they had just painted over the staining but it was a bit unsettling. Also, the second floor bathroom door did not close at all. Despite of all the issues, we had a great time.
