PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK!!!! 1.5 blocks to the boardwalk/beach! Located in desirable South end of Seaside Heights - less than 2 blocks to beginning of Seaside Park! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Very popular Irish Pub across the street. Walking distance to everything you could need - restaurants, coffee shops, stores, arcades, rides, etc. Unit itself is on a quiet one way street. Best of both worlds! SO much space to spread out!

4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths - 2200 square feet. Multiple hangout spots and a wide open, reverse living floor plan. 2 1st floor bedrooms with a shared bath. 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with their own private bath and half bath on living room/kitchen floor. The highlight is the rooftop deck for sipping coffee (or wine), watching the sunrise, sunset or fireworks! 360 degree views of the ocean, bay, amusements, etc!

Keypad access to gain entry. Elevator from parking garage that has 2 reserved, garage parking spots to either first floor entrance, 3rd floor entrance or rooftop deck! Very cool center courtyard area. Multiple balconies.

Suite Capacity management company readily available for any needs that arise.

Saturday to Saturday, full week bookings during peak season. Will consider three nights or more in May, early June and September. 25 years or older. No parties/groups.
