Stayed with our grandsons and the 1 bedroom with sleeper sofa in the living room worked great for us. Beach access and an easy walk to the promenade. Only negative was other guests allowed to put out orange cones to save parking spots. Shouldn’t be allowed.

Solid choice!

Jif peanut butter packets at breakfast! Milk containers at breakfast. Great service over the years. This year extra special with “wrench” help with my vehicle. Proximity of beach is great - also handy rinsing feet station on side.

A well kept older hotel. I love having the windows open and gas fire going. Great views from the upper floors. Staff is very friendly.

The hotel is well located and easily accessible, but it's a bit old and noisy, as the windows have to be open because it doesn't have air conditioning. However, it was fine for one night. The breakfast is good.

We had a great time at the Ebb Tides. We arrived a little early before announced check-in time and the helpful woman at the front desk gave us a choice of rooms. When we selected one, she told us it was her favorite on the property and that if we weren't thrilled, to come back and she'd give us another. The room was clean and comfortable although some of the furniture was a little outdated and the kitchenette had no utensils or dishes (the breakfast room was accessible and we got stuff there). The only cautions I would mention are that the wifi coverage was very poor in our room (top floor corner room) and that being right along the Prom there were noises outside at all hours. That said, we would go back again without hesitation.

This was our first time staying and we were very impressed. For such a large family friendly establishment it was very quiet. The breakfast they offer was amazing and different each morning! The staff was delightful, we definitely will be coming back!

Good hotel. Room is spacious. Our room had a couch bed, which was well appreciated. Space outside the room was limited is a couple ways. Parking is very limited. We had to park in the overflow lot every day we cane back to the hotel in the evening. Breakfast is good, but there are only 6 tables in the breakfast area, so we had to eat in our room several times. The pool is indoor and heated. Very nice. Our stay was in late July and the room got very warm. There is no AC and opening the sliding door to the balcony only cooled down the room a little bit. The hotel is right next to the aquarium and less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Seaside, which is nice because the downtown area has very limited parking. I would stay here again.

The hotel is dated and the walls between rooms is very thin making it hard to sleep without the loud fan by the open window. No AC so its gets hot during the day and must open all windows at night. The breakfast was very good and the staff was excellent overall. Housekeeping excellent too. The big issue is the property is run down a bit. The same for the area. Fun for kids but really run down.

My main suggestion would be to purchase new mattresses. The mattress in our room was stiff, hard, and very uncomfortable. Also, the headboard on the bed was broken and falling off the wall. Aside from those two items, the property was a nice stay. It’s very close to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Staff were very nice and welcoming.
