I got a ada mobility accessible room with roll in shower. It was very good. the only down side was it only had one bed and the pillows were horrible. I did have to request more towel and wash cloths. The stay was very nice and quiet. Easy to get into and park.

Staff was great the hotel needs a lot of TLC. So, the mirror and toilet room holder were a bit rusty, and the light fixture hanging from the ceiling wasn't great either. The parking lot can get a little crowded, especially if you're coming late. Be prepared to park somewhere else if that happens. Also, the walls and door aren't amazing at soundproofing, so you might hear a bit more going on than you'd like.

Our room number 103 seem to be below a very noisy room above us. It did not seem to be another group staying at the hotel, but rather mechanical noises like we were below the laundry room. It seemed to be a little noisy early in the morning. Other than that, the gateway Inn was fine.

I wish there were hangers in the room, a bottle of water was provided at check in and that the phone in the room worked to call Housekeeping or the reception during the off hours.

The room was clean however, the toilet and the sink was not properly installed. Both moved when you use it. Every time you say in the bed you heard the metal frame. The water pressure was very weak. Will not stay here again. When asked for another room they lied and said the water pressure was like that in every room.
