Construction is ongoing and was a bit noisy. Recent change of ownership. I recommend MOs a local food establishment located just outside the lobby. I wonderful ocean view with a full kitchen made it a wonderful experience. I was here with my grandchildren and my wife, we enjoyed the convenience to the prom board-way. A wonderful holiday experience.

Staff was super friendly and our stay was amazing considering the construction going on. Didn’t affect us one bit. The room was very clean, housekeeping was very courteous and helpful. The gentleman that checked us in was so professional and his customer service was spot on. He even gave my son a prize for winning at connect 4 in the lobby. Side note, I lived off of the coffee in that lobby lol super tasty!

Three star hotel that has seen better days. But wish I could give 3 . Staff was great. Ocean view room with a kitchen was a deal. Indoor pool. Phone, ice machine and stove didn’t work. Within 5 minutes of my call staff was buzzing around fixing things. They are under construction doing a major remodel so it will get better. . Still I would say stay there now while the rates are so good. I didn’t spend much time in my room anyway.

Bad management I was enjoying my stay till I got a notification that my card was decline when bill was already paid and make sure people know that is not pay at property because they charge anyway and the general manager talks to guest like there stupid and starts raising his voice if you let him in overall I have to say it's sad when people in management ruin a stay because of there attitude and then right after I get a response from the general manager I am glad we got it all figured out for you!
