It's a nice property right in the middle of the tourist section of Seaside. Park the car, check in, and walk to the beach plus many good stores, restaurants, bars. It's annoying that it was almost twice as expensive as last year at this time. As with any hotel, the morning coffee is meh at best, from here it's worth the block walk to bagels by the sea for coffee (I am in no way affiliated with bagels by the sea).
