Beach vaca

Location was perfect for walking to the beach and the bay. Went to the boardwalk every night and was able to walk. Pretty clean property bathroom was really nice. A couple ants around but given with location.

Seaside Park Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Seaside Park in the rental. The unit was very clean. The kitchen and eat-in area was a bit smaller than expected, but the deck off the kitchen was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was very close to the bay and short walk to the beach/boardwalk. The bedrooms were larger than expected and overall the whole place was roomy. We also enjoyed that there were two separate dining tables and grills outside.

MDW family celebration of graduation from college and Master program.

Property was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the outside area back deck and yard. Centrally located. Walking distance of beach & board walk. Great bagel shop 1 block down and 7 Eleven too. They Gave great recommendations for dining. Only down fall was the renters underneath us were always having a party with a large amount of other people coming and going until 2 am and noise levels that kept us awake.

Fantastic stay

The property was clean and up to date. It was perfect for us 6. It was a short walk to beach and the passes were included, big plus! It had a nice view of the bay, sunsets were amazing. They had games to play in the living room, the rooms were so spacious. It had 1 bathroom and it wasn’t an issue, shower was big and plenty of storage space for everyone’s stuff, it was all girls so you can imagine how much there was. Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone that plans to visit Seaside. If we decide to go again next summer, I will definitely book this stay again.

Exceptional!

This property exceeded our expectations. Massimo & Yesenia truly know how to host for guests to have the best experience while on vacation. The description and photos are exactly what you can expect. Clean, comfortable, spacious and filled with all the necessities you would have at home. This rental is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location between the bay and ocean. I highly recommend this property for your stay!

Wonderful Weekend

The house was beautiful. Pictures don't fo it justice. Massimo was very communicative when it came to any issue or question we had. Good distance to the beach and the bay. Not far at all from the boardwalk. A lot of parking around the house as well. We had a great time!

Amazing Long Weekend

From the minute we walked in, we realized that the rental was beyond our expectations! We have had a home in Seaside Park for 15 years and this year we are doing renovations. This rental exceeded our expectations. There was a great welcome book at the front door. The kitchen was full of all of the necessities. The bathroom was gorgeous and the bedrooms were adorable. We were beyond comfortable during our long weekend. We were nervous being renters for the first time, but this rental did not disappoint. Massimo was awesome to work with!

A pleasant experience

1. Massimo and Yesenia are great hosts, providing not only guidance on the rental process but also recommendations on things to do, restaurants, etc. nearby. 2. The space was exactly as advertised in terms of layout, size, and amenities. There was technically enough room and beds for all of us (9 adults + 1 child) but it was definitely a little cramped with that many people, and I would recommend keeping the group to 7 or less for this space. (note that Massimo and team were upfront about this from the start so kudos there). 3. If anything, the ease of access to the beach is a bit undersold. it's a very quick walk, and for the price this is an excellent value for a shore house rental. 4. We stayed on the 2nd floor unit, which is accessible only by an external staircase 5. Overall we loved the place and would definitely come back again.

Great Place!

Great rental in a nice location. Few blocks from the beach. Rooms are nice and spacious and accommodating. I only rented this for me and my mother with a friend or family member coming down one night during our week stay so the space was more than enough for us. Parking was slightly inconvenient but not that bad, as it is one long driveway. If the bottom floor is also rented you have to coordinate with the other people renting to move and park your vehicle as to who is parked in front so they don't end up being blocked while you are out on the beach or something. Other than that, everything was great! The backyard is shared but very big so that wasn't a problem either.

Great location!

This is our first time staying in seaside park and it was great!! We stayed on the second floor. It had 3 bedrooms one full one king and a bunk bed and another bed in the third bedroom 3 beds in a spacious bedroom. We also brought our pet. The ocean was 2 blocks east and amazing sunrise And the bay west amazing sunset. The state park was straight down the road and we found beaches where the dogs could run on the beach. We have very well behaved pets and it was a great experience! Highly recommend!! NP Westchester NY

Excellent!

From the moment we clicked on this rental, the experience was great! The owner, Massimo, was so attentive to any questions we had and most importantly the house was Extremely Clean! It's also in a perfect location (walking distance to both the beach and the bay). There were extras throughout that made our stay even better...... beach badges, bikes, washer/dryer, grills, an outdoor shower in addition to a sand-off shower station, chairs, tiki torches, firepit, restaurant recommendations, paper goods, extra window a/c's and so much more! We appreciated every detail that was included in our stay. We were a family of 6, plus a dog, and it was ultra comfortable. Thank you Massimo for an excellent experience!!
