This is our second stay here… love staying here. It’s simple, but very clean, GREAT staff, the breakfast is really good, free shuttle to and from the airport. The indoor pool is great!!! There are some good dining options close by and you can’t beat the nightly rate!

Nice helpful staff. Asked for accessible room, and got one. Pool was nice & warm. Breakfast was the best organized ever: like a cafeteria line, so that people aren’t just milling around at different stations, bumping into each other. Lots of choices too. Comfy bed. Oh, and an airport shuttle. All good!!

When I phoned for the shuttle bus, I was called "Sir" repeatedly, even after I twice noted that I am female, the reply was "yes I know we have all your information" ..... The shuttle bus driver was randomly argumentative with another couple going to the hotel about whether they had the correct hotel. And then drove uncomfortablely fast

We stayed at the hotel before and after the Alaska cruise, and it was a very good experience. There’s transportation from the hotel to the airport, and for $25 to the port with a third-party company. The most expensive part is going to downtown Seattle — Uber or taxi costs $80 or more one way. You can take the train for about $12 with an all-day pass, but it takes about an hour. Everything else was fine.**
