Great location and city vibe! Room comes with all essentials you need and cuts down all the optionals which is a great thing to me for saving the planet! Curtains, blinds and lighting are fully equipped with Smart Control via an iPad.

The property is automated from self check in and check out to an iPad that controls the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room coY and quirky. The iPad wasn't great for controlling the tv.

The hotel was very nice at first glance as I entered the lobby. Very modern and chic. The check-in process is self service as you enter. You make your own room key, select what view you would like from your room, and you can choose to pay for the breakfast buffet which is $19. The staff was very helpful with checking in. The room itself is small but comfy. I had some issues with the tv. I could not get it to turn on. Had to call the front desk to get it fixed twice. They have to reset the ipad remotely. Also don’t expect an iron in the room. You have to go to the steam/ironing room to press your clothes. Not convenient at all. When I called the front desk to ask about getting an iron the girl was pretty rude with her response. On my third night here there was some rattling noise coming from the window that kept me up most of the night. On the plus side everything was very walkable to get to the space needle, pike market and to the pier. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again in the future.

I enjoyed being able to take care of check in/out and control the room from my phone. I know that the property doesn’t have direct control over its surrounding area but it would be nice if a better crosswalk system, such as the pedestrian light that flashes as crossing, was implemented. Other than that, I also loved the safety measure of needing your key card or calling the desk to enter after certain hours.

Very cool! I love the vibe. The only aspect of the room I don’t like is the time figuring out how to use the lighting. I love the lighting design but the technology and intricacies were difficult to learn and we still never figured it all out so we made do with just everything fully on or off. LOL. Otherwise, great stay.

My husband and I had an overnight stay at the CitizenM for our anniversary and I can definitely see myself booking again! The hotel rooms were very compact but practical and unique. I loved the options of the LED lights over the shower which dims throughout the room. The location was also great and it was nice to be able to go downstair to the bar or play a game if you wanted to.
