The hotel facilities were generally good, but the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that affected the overall comfort of my stay. The area around the elevators was also not very clean, and the floors appeared dirty. I believe the property would benefit from some renovation or updates. That said, I was pleased with the water system — both the pressure and availability of hot water were excellent.

Awesome stay

The absolute nicest hotel we have stayed at for a good price! They even let us check in early, which really was amazing and it allowed us to get to our event venue sooner so we got better viewing of the show than we would have! Super nice receptionist too!

Nice property

Nice property. Grounds need some clean-up and TLC but appreciated the breakfasts, nice rooms, free laundry. All in all a nice stay. I would have continued, but they were sold out for my additional dates needed.

Great hotel needing small improvement

The hotel looked and felt premium. It looked dated at places, but still a great place to stay with clean spacious room and bathroom. There was access controlled garage parking which is quite good. The only issue I had is with the tiny soap and shampoo bottles they provide. For such a signature hotel, BW should have wall fitted soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. That were very helpful in giving additional supplies but if they have the dispensers this hotel will definitely match the Marriotts and Hilton's in the area

In a nice quiet location with easy access to the freeway, shopping and Seattle. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. However, the hotel needs to be better maintained/cleaned. The hallways, elevator, underground parking were littered with garbage. Why people would drop their garbage anywhere other than in a trash bin is beyond me, but the hotel should vacuum and sweep regularly. My family and I stayed for 5 days and the same garbage was on the carpeted hallway outside our door and in the underground parking.

Better than expected

I try to avoid extended stays but this property had a high rating. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. It was also quiet. The only downside was the breakfast. I chose cereal over the reconstituted eggs then discovered they were out of milk. The banana nut muffin was good about an hour later, after it thawed out.

Trouble with trash and floor

The trash receptacles were over flowing most of the time especially at breakfast. Some one spilled something sticky in the vending area and it stayed that way for the week. Only one person working at breakfast so they were constantly running out of items. Also, my husband asked for a sharps container and they gave him a full one that wouldn't close with other people's needles in it.

Hotel looks very old, it is not cleaned, garbages are full, cigarettes everywhere, dirty carpet, they don’t even wash the floors in the lobby. Staff is very friendly. We had only one elevator, the other one was out of service. The rooms doesn’t smell fresh, the whole hotel doesn’t smell fresh. Maybe not all rooms are like this. My 1 st room smelled and looked like Motel 6. I asked for another room- thank you , they were able to accommodate my family to a different suite which was cleaned and newly renovated.
