I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. When I arrived, I found poop on the floor of the room—completely unhygienic and disturbing. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before my stay. The rollaway bed provided was extremely uncomfortable and barely usable. It felt more like a temporary cot than something meant for actual sleep. To make matters worse, even though I clearly reported four guests at check-in, I was given a room with only one double bed, and they attempted to charge me per day for the extra guests—as if this information hadn’t already been disclosed. Overall, the condition of the room, the lack of cleanliness, and the poor handling of guest accommodations made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, honest, and comfortable stay.

The stay was very nice. The amenities were fabulous. I wasn’t to happy about the resort fees. When I checked in nothing was mentioned about these. The parking garage fees seemed very high and was far away. Facility very dingy and unsafe.

I guess it’s just a sign of the times. When you call with a question an A.I. takes your call first. It’s programmed to keep you from taking time from a human until you insist on talking to a real person. The mini refrigerator is stocked with drinks and such that take up all the refrigerator space. If you move anything from the refrigerator, you will be charged. Disappointed that the Fairmont is using that system.
