Best check-in experience!

What a wonderful check-in experience! We were tired after having our flight cancelled and then having our new flight delayed 3 times. Messaged the hotel and they said they would still have our room even if we arrived at 3am. Shuttle pickup was prompt and the driver Richard was very friendly. After hearing our long travels and knowing we might not be able to make it to breakfast he asked if we wanted some fruit to take to the room with us. A couple of apples and bananas were provided that made us feel super welcomed after hours of travel. Then the front desk person greeted us with the kindest demeanor and said he would be able to grant us late check out so we didn't need to rush on the way out. Both employees went above and beyond and it felt like they cared for our well being. Super job for Hampton Inn and the customer service they provided, especially in the middle of the night when most staff is half asleep! We're definitely going to make this our go to hotel whenever we need to stop over at Seattle Airport!

Stay was perfect but the people who were checked-in on the top floor above me were SO LOUD!! They had kids and they let them run back and forth, sounded like they were moving furniture and jumping on it! Those parents should not be parenting. I called the front desk and they immediately took care of the noise. Remind you this was at 11:30pm! This isn't a hotel problem this is rude hotel guest! The hotel itself handle it swiftly...A BIG THANK YOU goes out to that evening employee!

Everything was great at the hotel, staff very welcoming. My only problem was with shuttle arrangement to get from airport to hotel. It is difficult to contact the hotel to learn when a shuttle will pickup. It is difficult to identify the shuttle when it arrives at airport.

We were very surprised with this hotel considering what we paid. the reception staff were excitant even honoring our request for a later check out. The room was very clean and a very nice size (we had a king suite) bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was free and tasty. Would definitely stay again.
