We’ve stayed here a couple of times. It’s very conveniently located if you’re in town to shop. The kids love the pool and it’s always a bonus to have breakfast included. Parking is not included though- it was $10 extra for our overnight stay. We plan to stay again.

She handled my check-in process smoothly and effortlessly, answering all my questions with patience and care. What truly stood out was her attentiveness—she didn’t just go through the motions; she made sure every detail was perfect and made me feel like a valued guest. Our breakfast experience was very disappointing. We were told that breakfast continued until 10 AM. We were there at 9:30 and almost everything was empty. The trashes were overflowing ,each empty table was dirty and the floor was also very dirty. There was only one elevator working for the entire building so movement up and downstairs was extremely slow. We were on the fourth floor and I have arthritis so the elevator was necessary for us. The cleaning staff was friendly. The front desk staff seemed to be overwhelmed.

The suite was perfect. Clean and had a kitchenette with plates, utensils and even dish soap, sponge and a dishwasher. The medium size refrigerator was just perfect to hold our drinks and snacks.The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. Highly recommend! Jenny, the front desk attendant was super helpful and friendly! Thank you for a great stay!

The ONLY thing that we had issue with, was that the box spring on one of the queen beds, that two of our three children were sleeping on, must have had a broken spring or more, as every time our children moved on their bed during the night, it made a broken metal noise and woke me up several times. The staff were amazing and really made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our short but sweet visit! Thank you!!

Broken elevator

Main elevator was broken & down for 3 weeks & no estimate for repair. Only one small elevator available. Difficult to load cart in & out of small elevator. Needed to wait for others to do the same. No one from staff available to help. No discount for difficulty. Previous stays at this hotel involved back door lock broken. Guests used rock to keep door open. Security issue. If closed needed to walk to front of building through parking lot. Basically repair issues & safety issues. Repairs not done in timely manner. Some guy was sitting in lobby telling desk staff what to do, but ignored helping guests. Overall disappointing, will look for other options for Lynnwood stay.
