We loved our time at the Hyatt house. Location is unbeatable, and the hotel is modern and clean. The shower/tub drain was clogged which made it a bit tough for four people to shower during our stay, but aside from that everything was great!

The desk staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We ended up requiring a room change and the staff were able to accommodate us, despite the hotel being quite full so I really appreciated it. The elevators were a bit of a wait at peak times but we just used the stairs when we didn't want to wait. The buffet breakfast ran like a well oiled machine and we really enjoyed the evening snack served in the lobby.
