Room is clean, staffs were polite and helpful. Location is perfect, close to bus stop and Space Needle. Our room was on the 2nd floor, on side where the gas station is so it does get noisy. Not sure if there’s a construction nearby as well. Food was freshly cooked, appreciate the variety of fruits served. There are good restaurants nearby as well. They stored our luggage after check out so we were able to do last minute walk around the Space Needle before heading home. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Excellent room that was comfortable and very clean. Fantastic location in walking distance to key arena and downtown restaurants/shopping. The area for breakfast was dirty, with no obvious area for people to bus dishes, so plates piled up on the tables. A careless guest spilled coffee all over the tea and sugar packets at the coffee station that was left uncleaned by staff, so there were no dry tea packets available.

The bed in the room was set very high off the floor. As a short person with some mobility issues, it was extremely difficult for me to get into the bed. I almost fell several times trying to get into it. I will never stay here again despite it being a nice place otherwise.

We truly loved our stay at the Hyatt. We unfortunately booked a different hotel at the end of our vacation thinking it would be more bougie. However, the Coast Downtown Hotel is absolutely NOT! Stay at the Hyatt. They actually care, the people are nice, the food is better. We know now that we will book with Hyatt. 🤗

This breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a nice area and super close to the Space Needle and other attractions. We actually used the monorail as transport quite often!
