Don’t recommend

We tried to take the shuttle from the airport. It never showed and when I called I was put on hold immediately without anyone actually talking to me. I ended up getting an Uber. That defeats the purpose of a free shuttle. The bed spread had cigarette burns in it. But it had been washed. The bathroom and towels were clean. Very small room. I did like the Vinyl floors it made it appear cleaner.

We were not able to stay there because the only cashier present was yelling at people and telling arrivals that she was not going to book them. This hostel behavior was so unattractive that we booked somewhere else.

When I called for the hotel shuttle they told me they could not find my Expedia reservation, so I had to rebook. Then they gave me a phone number for the shuttle which did not work, so I took a cab. When I got to the hotel, I gave them my Expedia reservation and it was in their system, so I had them cancel the one I just made. The staff was patient and fixed everything. It was very frustrating.

It was great, staff were so nice and helpful! The only issue I had was the hot water for the shower didn’t get very hot. But I would stay here again, thank you!!

This place had no microwave, the room was dirty when we checked in. I asked 3 times where new towels never got them. Had to go to the office to get them. Also I told them about this, and they did nothing to fix it. Nor did they give me any kind of refund

Typical Inexpensive motel off of I-5, Easy access off and on the freeway. 2 star Motel vibes. bathroom shower shows worn use though good water pressure and hot water. Bed comfortable and clean. House keeping helpful if you know Spanish. Front desk is one employee and expect a $50 cash deposit. You get what you pay for.

First, I must give kudos to their shuttle service which was excellent. Once at the facility, the desk clerk was delightful. The only foid in the area is a gas station or a taco truck. Nearest fast food was a Taco Bell, almost 2 miles away. The room looked like it was decirated 50 or mire years ago and mot ipdated. The floor, while clean, were old fashioned and tirn vinyl tiles, and the rest of the decor matched. The shower... when i went to use it in the morning, did not work! I shared that info on check out, and instead of offering any kind of accomodation, I was given an apology. I'm a 77 year old widow. If my wife was still with me, I never would have heard the end of having booked this place, and she would have been right!

This hotel was a real learning experience for my kids. They got to learn about second hand smoke, sex-work, drug trafficking, and dumpsters being used to blockade all of the broken exterior doors. That was just getting to our room from the "lobby." We'll see what the night holds for us. Sirens? Stabbings? Shootings? If you are already into all of these things, please note that you should still not stay here because they are all done better elsewhere. UPDATE: Then, at 10:38 PM, my kids got to learn about evacuations because all of the building's alarms went off. We got to see squatters, sex workers, thwir clients, unhoused people, stray animals, and even a couple of paying guests milling through the hallways, emptying 1st floor rooms out of the windows, and... finally... one employee made their way to the front after 10 minutes of sirens, fire trucks, and other commotion.
