When i entered the room, i was overwhelmed by air freshner. It was so gross. The bed felt and sounded like i was sleeping on solely metal springs. It's not in an area i would feel safe walking by myself.

About the only good thing was the airport shuttle. However, when I booked with Expedia, I specifically requested to pay at the hotel as Expedia has no ability to notify the hotel that I qualify for a military discount. When I arrived, they had already charged my credit card and would not give me the military discount. Between that and the loud stomping from the room above late into the night as well as the creaking floors in the hallway, I doubt I'll stay there again even though I will be taking many trips through the Seatac airport in the future. The desk clerk prefaced his excuses with "maybe next time…" I followed that with, "Maybe next time, I'll stay elsewhere."

Without question, the staff at the Quality Inn made my stay enjoyable . They were very professional, courteous, and understanding . But to add to that when you have a clean room and shower area , and everything in working condition , well what’s not to like about that?
