Considering the great price, I found this place to be ideal. It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and I slept like a baby. Thanks to the guesthouse owner for providing clear instructions and making my stay very enjoyable and hassle free. I will recommend it to others.
Check in and out was easy. A little bit difficult to find the back parking in the dark the first time, but once found it was easy and convenient. You have to be comfortable with other people. It is somewhat communal and seems like mostly solo travelers. The halls and rooms are not perfectly sound proof, so just be ok with people moving around and hearing it. Having a full kitchen is amazing and saved me so much money on eating.
Thereâs no front desk, we got the keypad info from the owner the day of our check in. The room was small, but was in good shape and the bathroom was nice and clean. The communal kitchen space was clean and neat. Walls were a bit thin, so you could hear talking in other rooms/in the shared spaces. Overall, a good space to stay for the price!
Clean is not the title that I would give this place. It was comfortable. Check in and out was very smooth and free parking was great! I did notice some stains on the bedding and a bad ant problem in the kitchen. I was staying here because I was sleeping at the UW hospital while my dad was sick. I really needed a good night rest and a homemade meal. I bought a few items to make dinner but ALL of the plates utensils and pans were greasy, which I rewashed. I was looking for a drinking cup and could not find a single one, I used a old soda can for water. Besides the ants in the kitchen, dirty dishes and curly hairs or beard clippings here and there in the bathroom, the place was clean-ish. Maybe I'm splitting hairs but if the first word for the room is CLEAN, my expectation was as such.
