Staff at the front desk were very courteous and even offered some eating suggestions. My room was clean, the water was hot and the ac worked well. There are homeless people all over downtown but I felt safe as I navigated to the attractions and restaurants. Very close to food and major attractions as well as public buses which I used write a bit.No one bothered me. I would definitely stay here again.

Woken up by our neighbors as the walls and floor are so thin, you can hear everything. Also, unnerving to have to walk the gauntlet of homeless people to get to our hotel. Bed seemed like a full size, not a queen. I guess that is the "petite queen".

The room was very clean and had a lot of amenities - iron, hair dryer, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, safe, microwave. The bedding and pillows were cushy and clean. The towels were great - big and luxurious - and there were plenty of them. I appreciated that the mattress was encased in a complete cover to keep bugs and germs out. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let me know they were available for any questions or concerns. The only possible drawback was the neighborhood. It was kind of sketchy but I guess that could be expected for downtown Seattle. I went out and walked around during the day, though, and didn't have any problems.

The staff here are so kind and I had great conversations with them. I highly recommend this place even though 3rd street can be a little sketchy, but the staff reassured me that they do no harm. Belltown Inn is a 10 minute walk to Pike Place, Space Needle, and the 1 line which takes you to pretty much any place you want to go. My room was very quiet, clean, and spacious (for one person). ALSO super affordable!!
