Check-in was fast—even though we didn’t arrive until 2 a.m. due to flight delays. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Staff were always friendly and responsive. The location is perfect—within walking distance to Pike Place Market, and just a few blocks from the light rail, monorail, and bus stops. It’s also ideal if you’re arriving or departing on a cruise. There are plenty of great coffee shops nearby too. The hotel felt very safe, though it’s worth noting that downtown does have its share of sketchy individuals. Because of that, we chose not to be out after dark. Overall, the hotel provided an amazing experience. Being able to open the balcony window was a lovely touch, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub after a 4-hour hike was incredibly special and therapeutic. Highly recommend this hotel for first-time visitors or even solo travelers.

Happy in Seattle

Definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent location to restaurants, Space Needle and the waterfront. Service was great and room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and we had a nice view of the city and Puget Sound. Price was right and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Seattle.

Great Location in downtown Seattle. Would stay here again, pool and hot tub is perfect for kids. The on site restaurant was excellent, staff and services were great. Easy access to and from your car, palace is directly next door. I think the carpets in the room could use a good clean and a clock in the room would have been helpful.

This hotel was average. It is not located in the best area of Seattle, but it is within walking to several tourist areas. Walking during the day may be ok, but would not recommend at night. When we were checking in there was a man checking in with a woman who was very strung out. We took our bags to our room and by the time we left the hotel to head to Pikes market, the woman was back on the sidewalk propositioning men for “business”. I was immediately disgusted and if it wasn’t our last night in town before a very early flight out, we would have found another hotel.

Kudos to the check-in staff member. He helped us with our luggage and check-in. The pool was lovely and after all the walking we did during the day, a dip in the pool was soothing to our sore feet! The room was quiet and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. We had a wonderful two-night stay.

I Was charged substantially more than the contracted price and only used 2 water bottles. The view from our particular room was good but that was about it. Terrible smells in the elevator and pool was dirty.
