Staff is fantastic here. Rooms are very small and I was disappointed in the lack of a view. The HVAC is also very loud and kept me awake all night. Hallway nose is also pretty bad here, so not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

Overall a very good stay. Biggest complaint was the paper thin walls. You could hear the neighbors sneezing. However, the free massage chairs and breakfast spread almost made up for that. Good location and comfortable beds with a nice balcony view. Would stay again!

When I checked in Melody was great, friendly, and had wonderful customer service. When we had some minor issues in the room that we reported the next day to another worker. The property has a nice pool, relaxation area, and community area. It was clean and we had a good stay.

Sedona Stay

The service when we checked in was great. The attendant friendly and knowledgeable about places to eat in the area. The room and bathroom were clean. Bed very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good and complete. However, there were two things I didn’t like: there was an unpleasant onion-like smell near the room, and unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay for a short trip.
