Great location in Uptown Sedona. Close to shopping and dining options. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was right on Oak Creek and had a great view of the red rocks from the pools and patio area.

The staff was incredibly friendly. They even called a day or two before our trip to check if we had any questions and wished us safe travels. We didn’t try the spa, so I can’t comment on that aspect of the resort. However, we loved the convenience of the location and how close we were to many places that we could walk to.

Our stay was alright, I found the room a bit dirty, dead bugs on tops of the light shades. One evening a very loud false alarm went off at 12:30pm which woke us and keeps us from getting back to sleep. There was no apology or accountability, for 600-700/night I expect a nicer stay. People in town gave us better suggestions for where to eat and what to do than the hotel! Being near Bear Creek was amazing and the hilight!

It was nice but it’s labeled as a resort. But really the rooms gave motel and so did the pool area. The only thing that made it more “resort” like is that they had a restaurant inside the property and the spa.
