Amazing for outdoor walks/runs, cycling, and hiking. Bell Rock and Red Rock Crossing are nearby as are many other fantastic hiking and biking trails. If you choose to drive to Uptown or West Sedona it's a short drive up there (approximately 6 miles), depending on traffic.
Within the neighborhood, you have access to tennis & pickleball courts, a seasonal pool (open from May through October) & hot tub (open all year long), and an award-winning 9-hole executive golf course with sweeping views of red rocks all around (booked separately with on-premise pro shop -- approx $30 each round).
