The beginning was a little rough and we had to change rooms because our original room had no view, but the staff was pretty accommodating. The location is actually wonderful in the middle of the town so almost everything is within walking distance or a couple of minutes by car. Overall, we had a wonderful experience despite the initial needs to change the room. I would recommend this hotel.

I loved everything but my only complaint is they were suppose to clean room on a certain and it wasn’t cleaned. I mentioned it to front desk, she didn’t seem to care. Other than that, the location was perfect

Nice stay

The staff was amazing. The view of the Sedona mountains were spectacular. You could see them from your patio/ balcony. The place was cute inside with shops directly across the walk way. The only thing I could complain about was the carpet by the door was stained and I’m a clean freak. The location was great and the grounds were very well taken care of.

We enjoyed the walkability of the location of this Hyatt. Place was nice and clean. The only downside was we were told the hot tub was open but when we tried to use it both were closed. It was the only amenity we really cared to use and we couldn’t but still paid a $40 per day resort fee.
