Did not like the primary role of the Concierge being providing us with an overwhelming sales presentation and then trying to get us to attend a free seminar. We were in for only 2 days with no time for this; I am not getting a free room at a timeshare. I am paying full price, and therefore, I expect to have my time to myself. And the pillows were horrible. I need my chiropractorer this week. That said, the property itself was lovely and the staff was sell-trained and very service-oriented.

Wasn't what I paid for

Waited in line to check in for almost more than an hour, service was average. The room was filled with small insects flying everywhere and I only managed to swat around 20 (not exaggerating) before feeling comfortable to sleep. Pool was not clean. Place is cute and is a great location for Sedona sightseeing. But for a one night stay in a "resort" it was very poor.
