This place feels more like a motel, but the room itself is quite spacious. The bathroom is a bit small, but overall the stay was very comfortable and perfectly fine. It met our needs well and was a good place to stay.

I stay at the lux verde at least one day a month for the last 2 years it has always been a consistent choice for me kim check me in this time and she was professional and very helpful i got a room on the second floor the room itself was rnice spacious and the cleaning was done impeccable there's always parking on the property whether in front of the room or a dedicated parking lot the bed was big and comfy and the breakfast is always ready and hot i like staying here and as long as i come to Cottonwood this will be my first stop

We were assigned room 222. The overall appearance and cleanliness were nice. However, we were stuck by an overpowering smell of air freshener or something similar upon entering. After a couple hours, we realized we could taste the smell and it was irritating our throats. We put the ac / fan on to bring in fresh air. Unfortunately, the unit made a squealing squeaking noise. It was late or we would likely have checked out and drove home. All of our clothes and luggage smell like whatever this odor is. Between the noise of the ac unit and the smell we got little sleep. When we checked out, we told the lady at the desk about it. She didn’t seem to know what the odor may be but mentioned she had told maintenace the ac was making noise in that room but there was no one on duty to fix it. Unfortunately, they still put us in this room. The physical condition of the room, bed and equipment was fine but the odor and noise are something that you can’t see online.

Had an amazing stay at Lux Verde thanksgiving weekend. The hotel was accommodating, the breakfast was wonderful especially making fresh waffles. Next time we’re in town we will definitely stay at Lux Verde

Everything was great! Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfy, front desk was friendly and helpful and it’s a dog friendly place. Has a little grass spot for dogs to use with dog bags available. We would definitely stay here again. Do yourself a favor before booking through hotels.com or other places, call the hotel and check their rates. We paid $50 more because we didn’t book with the hotel. P.S. this place is comfy, not fancy, keep that in mind.
