Great Resort Minus the Front Desk Lady

It was a great stay if not for the lady who attended to us in the front desk who, I felt was not friendly. She was very formal and sounded strict. She did not even smile at us.

The check in process was pretty easy and the staff is kind. I booked a room with balcony expecting a view however I was informed that all studio rooms face the parking lot. The staff was generous enough to move me from ground level to second level which was at least a true balcony rather than patio. The property was clean and quiet with several outdoor gathering areas.
