We loved everything about our stay at Ridge-Top Retreat in Sedona. It was perfectly located for access to everything, yet still felt peaceful & private. House is beautiful & so comfortable, each room with its own bathroom. Views are stunning!Every amenity was provided, kitchen stocked with essentials & Jared was so responsive & amazing to work with. Especially enjoyed a morning visit from a squadron of javelinas & gorgeous night sky. A wonderful stay!

This was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. The property was even better than the listed photos and the peacefulness we had staying here was beyond what we expected. We loved how clean everything was, the attention to detail, home layout, location, comfortable beds, hot tub under the stars, and the amazingly spacious back deck. We sat for hours just enjoying the view and taking it in. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay at this amazing home.

Simply Wonderful

This was our first trip to Sedona and the property had just about everything you could ask for. The view of the red rocks from the deck / living room, the convenient location (easy walk to trailhead shuttle or into town), the ultra-groovy mid-century vibes the place gives off, and the ultra-functional kitchen. Loved it and highly recommended.

Best VRBO we've ever stayed in!

This house has everything, including views, views, and more views! It was conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go, especially the day we climbed Cathedral Rock and could walk down to the shuttle. The beds in every room were very comfortable. The house was incredibly clean and cared after. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of glassware and dishes, and we had every utensil we needed to prepare meals. The house is warm and inviting, and it has been decorated perfectly.If you are looking for a place where every time you look outside you are blown away by the beauty, this is the house! I've already shared this listing with friends because it is the perfect getaway.

Best rental experience ever!

We had the privilege of staying for three weeks at the Ridge Top retreat, and it is BETTER than advertised, the pictures don't do it justice. Interior amenities are all high quality. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen supplies and cookware are all avaliable. Outdoor space and deck provide 180 degree views of the valley, red rocks, and sunset. Best rental experience ever!

Gorgeous mid-century modern home!

This house was so beautiful. The view was spectacular. The house was clean, it had everything you could need, including comfortable beds and a wonderful hot tub. The host, Jarod, was extremely responsive. We were so close to trailheads and restaurants. We loved our stay.

Birthday Celebrations!

There were six of us and we were there to celebrate the birthdays of two of us. One was on the 15th and one on the 16th. We are a very close group of friends who enjoy doing different things and find different ways to spend time together. The RIdge-Top Retreat could not have been a better setting and the accommodations where stellar. We would highly recommend it!

Perfect property and setting

This is the best VRBO we’ve stayed at. The house is immaculate and the view spectacular. Kitchen has everything included. Great location with easy access to trails. We will be back!

Gorgeous Property

This property is easily the most beautiful and well appointed property I have stayed at. The pictures don't do justice to just how spectacular this place is. Jared is a great host. He is immediately responsive to all needs as he lives in the area. His communications were thoughtful and fast. The house is situated on a hill that overlooks uptown Sedona and has amazing views of red rocks. It feels like you are out in the country when in fact you are 10 minutes from either uptown Sedona or the Village of Oak Creek. Wildlife abound on the property-we saw hummingbirds, a coyote, and even a bobcat. What a treat to be so immersed in nature while at the same time staying in a luxury property. The property is also a few minutes walk from a shuttle that takes people to trail heads Thursday-Sunday. This is great because trail head parking lots fill up and you also need to buy a pass if parking. Very convenient. The hot tub is situated so that you can watch the sunset right from the water. Every night we would watch the sun make the red rocks absolutely glow. The tub is nicely maintained. The house is stunning with a deck that runs the length of the house. Comfy deck seating, a Weber grill, a hammock, and even a picnic table make spending time outside a joy. The master has an en suite bathroom and an office area. The house is well stocked with the essentials and no chores to do upon checking out. Thoughtful things like walking sticks and laundry soap put this property above all others.

Great for sensitive senses

First thing we noticed was no hideous Tide smell or Downy or Plug- ins or any noxious perfumed anything . Can you tell how much I dread these? Recovering from adrenal fatigue and sensory overload is no bueno. So I was VERY thankful for the sensibilities of the products used in the home. The house was modern but homey and comfortable , and of course the views and local were so wonderful. I appreciated how the house heated as well... sometimes you fight with the thermostat and some roast while others are cold . Good restaurant recommendations. We would like to come again sometime and stay for sure. Thank you!
