Location was as promised and beds were comfortable, but everything else was terrible. Do not stay at this house. We had a major sewage leak inside and outside the house that is a recurring problem with the property that caused us major stress and we had to vacate the property with almost no help from property manager. Do not rent here!!

Tried to work out arrangements with the host to change dates to stay. We were unable to travel because of winter storm.Host would not make any adjustments due to their “policy”.They kept the money. We didn’t even stay there.

The house was well set up and the views were spectacular. The location was also good, on the edge of town next to the wilderness but with grocery stores and shops easily accessible. My family, with included three young children, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

House has great views and location. Master suite is awesome, the other rooms are good. We stayed comfortably with 11 people. More than that i think would be too crowded for the size of the home.

Beautiful location

We rented this VRBO for our daughter's wedding and we could not have been happier. We had a total of 13 people staying at the residence, 10 adults and 3 children (ages 3, 5, and 7). We love to hike and the fact that there was a trail that was right out the back door was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone and the main suite for the bridal couple was lovely. The management company that oversees this property was responsive. I had several questions that were promptly answered, even over the weekend. My only quibble was that we arrived in Sedona about an hour before the scheduled check-in time. I inquired about an early check-in and was told that it was possible because the cleaning people had already come and gone. The management company informed me that there was a $75.00 charge to get the early check-in. It seems to me that check-in times are needed to ensure that the cleaning people have ample time to work. Once done, there seems to be no reason not to allow the renters access to the house. But I understand that the person I was speaking to on the phone was just following company policy. Having said that, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay. House and view was beautiful. Great location for uptown Sedona. We had an issue with one of the listed amenities which we called to report. They were very responsive to our issue but they were unable to resolve the problem during our stay. In the end they did rectify the situation to our satisfaction. Would recommend this property.

Sedona views best location!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay and loved being able to walk out the back door and get right on the trail to Sugarloaf. The beds are all very comfortable and the place was sparkling clean. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking compared to other homes, and there was no sugar for coffee.

Great stay

Five adults stayed very comfortably here. The access to walking trails from the property, the view from the deck, the location that was convenient to hiking and downtown Sedona, were all fantastic. The house was great and as pictured- the pool table a fun, unusual amenity. Communication with the rental agency was easy. Cleaning was generally good but bowls in the cabinet had noticeable amount of sitting water in them and some silverware in the drawer had food on it and floor had some food stuck. Also, soaking tub in master suite was not connected to the water so is unusable. Still recommend and had a great stay.

Lovely views
.. great location

This property has credible views and wonderful access to walking trails. Kids loved the billiards table, ping pong table and arcade. Kitchen was well stocked
 Unfortunately there were quite a few interior steps which made it challenging for my Mom who has mobility issues. Pillows were very firm on the beds and the house could use a deep cleaning and some cosmetic work. The faucet for the tub in the Master Bathroom was very loose, and I think the toilet may also have a small leak in the Master bath. We had a nice time however and loved the gorgeous views surrounding the property.

Great House for large groups

We really enjoyed staying in this house. The common areas were great and rooms were spacious. The main room had an amazing view which could also be appreciated from the porch. We were able to hike right off the backyard too! Management was available to answer any questions and were able to help us when needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a house is Sedona for a large group
