We were booked in a tiny room with an air conditioner in the only window. It was up a flight of stairs with a room opposite. I told the staff that it was unacceptable because I have had lung surgery. I received half of my Expedia payment. I found the whole thing dangerous to one's health and had there been a fire we may not have made it out alive.

A gem! We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but found the outdoor patio charming and wished we had another day/evening to enjoy it. Room was small but very nice with plenty of BIG towels and spa/shampoo, etc.

Very convenient location for shopping and dining. Parking leaves something to be desired, as does the extremely steep stone staircase leading upstairs. Scary!

The drain on the sink and hair dryer in my room were both broken and there is very limited parking. The nearby dining options often have live music, which contribute to noise even though the pretty itself is quiet. Otherwise, the staff, property, and facilities were really cool. Would stay again, just arrive earlier or on a different day to find parking.

Loved! So clean and charming. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference, night lights, a wealth of electrical plugs next to the bed, coffee room with lots of choices, no yucky carpet, fridge and microwave, walkable to stores and restaurants. Stayed in many hotels on my trip and this was a standout.

The Iron Horse is an older motel with plenty of charm. The rooms are small but comfortable with everything you need. The courtyard is beautiful for morning coffee and it's location in Old Town can't be beat.
