"Schöne Wohnung und ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen. Das dass große Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, stört nicht. Der Baulärm hielt sich in Grenzen. Das Objekt ist fast fertig. Wir sind Frühaufsteher und vor 7.30 Uhr war nichts zu hören. Es gab genügend Unterstellmöglichkeiten für die Fahrräder. Vom Hinterausgang des Grundstücks gelangt man über Treppen direkt zur Promenade und dann mit dem Aufzug zum Strand. Für Beeinträchtigte eher nichts. Angenehm war auch der Fahrstuhl und der Smart TV."
