The Room 8 - Doppelzimmer is located in Seefeld in Tirol and boasts a beautiful view of the Alps. The 31 m² property consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

HAUS GABRIEL SEEFELD is a historic residential building in the pedestrian and shopping zone in the centre of Seefeld, now owned by an Italian family. It offers direct access, parking spaces and garages.



The house was completely renovated and extended in 2015 by the architectural firm Nikolaus Waldhart (Seefeld) and Claudio Azimonti (Milan), while retaining its traditional Tyrolean appearance.



All technical systems (electrical, plumbing, heating) were renewed. The building envelope was fitted with a composite thermal insulation system, and the windows and doors are made of wood with Climate House certification.

Heating is provided by radiant panels with direct heat transfer to the parquet flooring. The clay plaster walls regulate humidity and ensure a pleasant indoor climate.



The eight individually designed suites combine Tyrolean tradition, Italian design and modern comfort – for a tailor-made holiday. All bathrooms, furniture and fittings are from high-quality Austrian and Italian manufacturers.
