Gite located on the ground floor of the owners' house (independent access with 2 outside steps): living room-kitchen lounge area, Wifi connection, TV (German and English channels), 2 adjoining bedrooms: 1 bedroom (2 single beds, person 90 x 190 cm) and an alcove alcove without opening to the outside (1 shepherd's bed 160 x 200 cm closed by a curtain), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Private terrace and garden. Shelter for one car. If renting sheets, the beds are made on arrival. Country house from the 19th century, in the heart of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Ecudets chairlift linking La Rosière / Espace San Bernardo. Quiet area on the heights of the village. Very comfortable cottage with a beautiful living room. Pleasant mountain and contemporary character. Large wooden terrace overlooking the enclosed garden with trees and flowers. Ideally located near internationally renowned ski resorts! In summer, a privileged location at the gates of the Vanoise National Park, on the Route des Grandes Alpes with a trip to Italy: a popular destination for cyclists and hikers in Haute-Tarentaise!
