"Das zugewiesene Comfort-Zimmer war ein besseres Kellerloch, praktisch ohne Fenster - unglaublich, dass ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sowas überhaupt anbietet. Immerhin wurde anstandslos ein anderes Zimmer offeriert, zwar kleiner aber mit anständigem Fenster mit Sicht auf Berg und Himmel.
Etwas teuer auch 30Euro/Tag Parkgebühr im hoteleigenen Garage.
Sehr unangenehm ein relativ heftiger Durchzug jeweils im leicht verengten Treppengang zu Restaurants und unserem Zimmer.
Ausgezeichnetes Samstags-Unterhaltungsprogramm zum Abendmenu im Restaurant Gou mit Live-Musik von Giovanni Milani - ausgezeichneter Saxofonist! und gutem Gesang und Tanz live.
Sehr angenehm der Shuttle-Taxi-Service."
