When I checked in on two occasions there was an individual at the front desk, (white male with facial hair) who was very rude. To be very specific snaped I need your id and credit card as if I would not know that, and he was rude about everything he said during the two separate occasions. There was also another individual, a black male, when I asked the breakfast time he pointed at the sign and said it's right there. Then he said what time. Why be rude. They both had attitude. I have traveled a lot during my career and retirement. This was not cool.

No hot tub even though advertised

The property does not have a hot tub. You can tell it had been covered by a raised resin deck. Swimming pool was very chilly. Rest of the property seemed fine

The hotel seemed clean overall. The smell in our room however was very strong of urine. It had an overwhelming dog smell. The pool was a bit cold for the littles.
