Check-in was quick and easy. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean and smelled nice. My only complaint is that there was a bit of a gap under the room door so the hallway noise was very audible. Otherwise our stay was nice. Would stay here again.

We checked in and left in under 30 minutes. There was no hot water and after starting the shower a cockroach came out of the painting in the bathroom. We are supposed to get a refund

Stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was very nice. Now it is just a sad, sorry place that really needs an update. We had no heat in our room. Went to front desk, told us how it worked but it just didn’t. Thank goodness for comforters. There was only 1 working elevator and the rug was filthy. The beds were GREAT though so that’s a plus & staff was friendly. Won’t be staying again.

The stay was great and I slept well. The only disappointment was that the shower never got hot, only lukewarm. Also a light was out. This seems two issues housekeeping should have reported and had addressed. They should put room 201 out of service to fix this and it will be a good stay not a so so stay.

The cable television along with the complete television went out Friday night and did not come back on until Saturday night. Around 2:30 AM Saturday morning hallway, very noisy with guest in and out of their rooms walk up and down the hallway making noise.

Genuinely what is going on. There is roaches for starters, the hot water was not working for the entire week I was there and still isn't working when I had to leave. They had told me that as I got there with my reservation ALREADY made. I got charged 8.22$ three times for what? Not sure, I did not order or buy anything through them. I don't understand what is going on here but, it is probably best to save your money else where, at least your bank information else where.

Not bad for the money

Don't stay on the side facing I 95. It's quite noisy. I didn't find out until on site that there's a $25 cash pet fee. I wasnt told the pool was out of order until after booking. But it's a decent place for the price.
